Wasabi Paste

Lobster Roll with Wasabi

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 2 piece of bread
  • 2 live lobster
  • 5g S&B Wasabi Paste
  • 5g Dijon mustard
  • 20g mayonnaise
  • 5g lemon zest
  • 15g baby leaf

 

Method

  • Steam lobsters in boiling water in large kettle or dutch oven 8 to 10 minuites and cool.
  • Remove meat from lobster shell, tail and claws; coarsely chop and set aside.
  • In large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, wasabi and lemon zest, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon mixture evenly between the bread.

 

Tofu with spicy tomato

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 5~6 green soya bean pods
  • 1/8 onion
  • <A>
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • salt
  • 2tspS&B; Wasabi Paste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pack of tofu
  • 2 aojiso (perilla) leaves

 

Method

  • Cut tomato into 1cm pieces, and boil green soybeans.
  • Cut onion into small pieces.
  • Mix the ingredients listed under “A” very well, and combine with vegetable oil.
  • Dress the tomato, soya beans & onion with this mixture.
  • Place tofu on a plate, cover it with the vegetable mixture, and garnish the plate with the perilla leaves.

Wasabi tea

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Dissolve 5mm Wasabi Paste
  • 150ml green tea

 

Method

  • 1 Dissolve 5mm Wasabi Paste in 150ml of green tea.
